There is no team registration fee. A refund will apply only if your registration arrives under sold out conditions.

Step 4: Have your Players Fill Out these Forms

Player Code of Conduct Acceptance Form [PDF]
And mail them with their $110 check for the player registration fee to SUASL (at address above).
Make sure all new players to the SUASL league send in a photocopy of their drivers license and their payment with their registration forms.
We also require a digital head-shot be email to suaslsoccer@gmail.com to go on your player information.
