SOCCER FIELDS CLOSED

Due to standing water on the soccer fields the city has closed the soccer fields for February 27th, 2011.

Update: Soccer fileds Closed

The city just closed all soccer fields. All games are now cancelled due to on as of now, but status could change at any time. 

This is how you find out if the soccer fields have been closed.

Once the city notifies SUASL, an email blast is sent to every player in the league. SUASL also posts the cancelation on the front page of the web site. Also call SUASL’s soccer hot line 480 391-3477.

2/27/2007-  Saturday 9:45 PM . The weather forecast anticipates some showers Sunday morning, but there are no field cancellations as of this moment.  We will keep you informed if there is a change. Please check your email and the website before you head out to the field in case we receive a field closure notice from the city.

In Memory of Kevin Sullivan

Our former player and great friend Kevin Sullivan “Sully” lost his battle with
Leukemia.

He will always be remembered as a great soccer player, a tenacious defender, surely one of the best in adult premier soccer in Arizona. His passion for soccer and devotion brings many great memories and we thank him for his contributions to the game.

In his memory we honor him and dedicate SUASL’s current soccer season to him. We ask that every game this week starts with a moment of silence in his memory.

Fall 2009 Registration

August 17th, 2009
SUASL Fall 2009 Season will start September 13, 2009.

Team and Player registration is open and available online.

  • Early Registration before August 22nd (9PM):
    • Player Fee $100.00
    • Team Fee $100.00
  • Late Registration after August 22nd (9PM):
    • Player Fee $110.00
  • Season Starts on September 13, 2009.
  • Deadline for team registration: August 22nd, 2009
  • Teams must have a minimum of 14 players registered by September 1st
  • Manager’s Meeting Aug 29, 2009 at 9 AM at Mountain View Rec Center
